FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) — A dispute between neighbors ends with a burned-down house and two arrests.
On the night of October 13, 2024, a disturbance involving firearms and arson erupted at 44 Beaver Road in Oak Hill, West Virginia. According to Oak Hill Patrolman K. Higginbotham, authorities were dispatched to the scene after a fire broke out following a heated altercation. Upon arrival, the residence was fully engulfed in flames, prompting the officer to call for emergency fire services.
Initial reports indicated that the altercation involved David and Aaron Adamini, who had been in a dispute with Frank Foster, also known as “Peanut.” A witness pointed out David Adamini, who was later detained by Officer Higginbotham. David admitted to a verbal altercation with Foster over a property dispute, but tensions escalated when threats were allegedly made by both parties.
The fire, which consumed the residence, was reportedly started by Aaron Adamini, as claimed by Foster’s wife, April Davis, who witnessed Aaron setting the fire behind their house. Despite an initial search for Aaron, he evaded authorities.
On October 14, investigators returned to the scene, collecting evidence and conducting interviews. Frank Foster maintained his claim that the fire was deliberately started by Aaron, and further disclosed the presence of gasoline cans and a vintage Jeep filled with fuel inside the burned structure, raising concerns of accelerants being used in the blaze.
Later that evening, additional witnesses corroborated the allegations. Based on the evidence and statements, charges were filed against David and Aaron Adamini for Conspiracy and First-Degree Arson. Judicial approval of the charges is still pending as the investigation continues.
The Oak Hill Police Department and fire investigators are continuing their inquiries into the cause of the fire and the broader context of the dispute. Further updates will be provided as the case progresses.
