BARBOURSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Barboursville Police Department is advising drivers to avoid the area around Route 60 and Interstate 64 due to multiple vehicle crashes.
I-64 is currently shut down, and traffic is being diverted.
Westbound vehicles must exit at Exit 18 (the Target exit), while eastbound traffic is redirected at the 29th Street exit.
Officers and first responders are on scene working to clear the roadways, but significant delays are expected.
Drivers should use caution and consider alternate routes if possible. Police will provide updates when the roadways are clear.
