LOGAN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Logan County Deputies announced a development in an ongoing investigation involving the Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office reports that, on Thursday, November 21, 2024, Deputy C.L. Carter along with members of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department and members of the Division of Natural Resources, executed a felony warrant in the Kistler area of Logan County.
The execution of the warrant follows the conducting of an investigation by Deputy Carter in the Bruno area of Logan County and comes as a result of that investigation.
Kenneth Farley was arrested by Logan County Deputies for two counts of Solicitation of a Minor by Means Other than a Computer and one count of Sexual Abuse First Degree.
The charges come as the latest in an extensive history of criminal activity, which includes past warrants for Hit and Run, Tampering with Automotive, and more.
