ALDERSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On the evening of November 29, 2024, law enforcement officers in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, responded to reports of a disturbance involving a woman yelling and throwing rocks at utility workers on Mountain Avenue.
According to officials, Chief Byer and Lieutenant J. Meadows arrived at the scene to find the suspect, identified as Zettie Wolfe, standing in the roadway, shouting profanities and creating a disruption. Despite repeated requests from Chief Byer to cease her behavior, Wolfe allegedly continued to scream and curse at the utility workers.
After multiple warnings, Wolfe was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and transported to the White Sulphur Springs Police Department. At the station, Wolfe reportedly refused to provide her full name, date of birth, or Social Security number. When prompted for the information, she allegedly responded with profane language, declining to cooperate.
Wolfe remains in custody, and further proceedings are expected.
