FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Grandview man is facing serious charges of sexual abuse of a child.
According to detectives, Seth Payne, 33, allegedly sexually abused a child when she was five and six years old. The victim said that the sexual abuse happened on three different occasions. Â Payne would allegedly get in bed with the child and sexually abuse her. Â The abuse allegedly happened at a home in Fayetteville.
Payne is charged with three counts of incest, three counts of sexual abuse, and three counts of sexual assault in the first degree.
Payne is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 200,000 dollar bond.
