BRADLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Bradley-Prosperity Volunteer Fire Department is seeking the public’s help locating who damaged one of its vehicles.

This individual walked up in broad daylight, picked up rocks, and damaged a vehicle with no thought or regard for anything.
