WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Police have arrested a man with several charges involving a sexual encounter with an underage girl.
West Virginia State Police say Caleb Ryan Brown, 22, of Wyoming County, allegedly told an underage female to take a crushed “pop can” and take a “hit” of Marijuana. After the minor did what Brown asked, he sexually assaulted her for an hour.
Police say that Brown also had taken a picture of the female nude. When Troopers questioned Brown, he denied all allegations.
Brown is charged with third-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual abuse, prohibiting child erotica, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 100,000 dollar bond.
