BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two face charges out of Beckley after police found drugs in reach of a child.
According to court documents, a narcotic search warrant took place on December 12 on Sunrise Avenue. Â When police entered the home, they found Angela Yates and James Rehm in the living room, along with a young child, where several drug paraphernalia items were lying on the table and the floor within reach of the child.
Nine baggies of Heroin and meth were found, along with alprazolam.
Rehm and Yates are charged with child neglect and are currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 5,000 dollar bond.
