SUMMERS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) โ Authorities have made an arrest following an incident of breaking and entering and arson at a Dollar General in Summers County.
According to the Summers County Sheriffโs Department, deputies responded to a breaking and entering and arson at the Dollar General in Jumping Branch at 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 16.
After the fire was extinguished, investigators determined that a break-in had occurred.
Surveillance footage from the store led investigators to identify suspects in the case.
On Monday, March 18, Sheriff Faris obtained an arrest warrant for Isaac G. Brown, 20, of Jumping Branch.
Brown was charged with second-degree arson, breaking and entering, felony destruction of property, and petit larceny.
Members of the Summers County Sheriffโs Office and West Virginia Parole arrested Brown, who is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail.
