WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Mingo County woman is facing charges yet again, most recently in relation to warrants out of Logan County.
According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office, on Monday, January 22, 2024, Sheriff Smith and Corporal Mounts of the MCSO facilitated the arrest of Marquita Gannon on warrants for Destruction of Property and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.
Just over a month prior, Gannon was taken into custody by authorities in relation to the theft of a Christmas tree which went missing from the Dingess area of Mingo County in early December.
The tree had initially been reported missing on Saturday, December 9, 2023, leading to warrants for Gannon’s arrest, which occurred on Tuesday, December 10, 2023, on charges of Petit Larceny and Conspiracy.
