DANVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Lincoln County man faces charges following complaints of a domestic situation earlier in the month.
Authorities with the Boone County Sheriff’s Department report that, on Sunday, January 15, 2023, Boone County Deputies responded to reports of a domestic situation taking place in the Danville area.
Upon conducting of an investigation into the complaint and corresponding incident, Mario Guzman – 25 years old of Spurlockville, WV – was identified as the perpetrator in the situation.
As a result of the investigation, Guzman was arrested by deputies and has been charged with domestic stalking.
