PITTSBURGH, PA (LOOTPRESS) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation is currently seeking to identify a man in connection with an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation.
This individual, identified as a bald, white male between the ages of 45 and 65 with a dark goatee and at least five visible tattoos, is believed to potentially have critical information regarding the identity of the underage victim in the aforementioned investigation.
The individual has been determined to be of interest as part of the FBI’s Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program initiatives, the former of which focus on the utilization of clues obtained through in-depth image analysis for the identification of victims. The Endangered Child Alert Program – also known as ECAP – works to achieve media exposure on the national and international levels for unknown adults who have exhibited distinguishing characteristics in their association with child pornography.
Video of the unidentified male in question – referred to as “John Doe” – was first taken by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. This video footage is believed to have been produced on or prior to July 2024.

The FBI has reiterated that charges have not been filed as part of the investigation and that all individuals involved should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
