SCOTT DEPOT, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Thursday night vehicle accident has resulted in necessity of medical transport for two individuals involved.
The Teays Valley Fire Department reports that on the night of Thursday, March 30, 2023, members of the department responded to a single vehicle rollover along Route 35.
The incident reportedly occurred near the Crooked Creek area, and saw what appears to have been an off-road SUV-style vehicle engulfed in a blaze.
As a result of the accident, the department indicates that one individual became entrapped within the vehicle, but was ultimately retrieved.
The entrapped individual is reported to have been transported to the hospital is said to now be in stable condition.
One other individual received medical transport, though the injuries incurred in this instance were purportedly minor.
