MILL CREEK, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A vehicle accident in Randolph County resulted in minor injuries Tuesday.
According to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department, on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, Deputy Elbon responded to the Adolph Rd. area following reports of a vehicle accident.
Upon arriving at the scene, Deputy Elbon observed a grey Ford Focus which had been flipped on its top in the middle of the road.
Speaking with the driver, Edith Scott, Deputy Elbon was advised that the driver lost control on the way home and the vehicle hit a ditch on the right side of the road before flipping on its side, rolling twice, and sliding down the road before coming to a rest.
Scott was then transported to Davis Medical Center for medical treatment of minor injuries sustained during the accident.
Huttonsville-Mill Creek Volunteer Fire Department and Randolph County EMS also responded to the scene.
