PARKERSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Four individuals are reported to have been taken into custody as part of a residential Parkersburg drug sweep on Thursday.
The Parkersburg Police Department reports that, following complaints from neighborhood residents, authorities began conducting surveillance on a 2106 17th Street residence and utilizing other investigative measures to obtain a search warrant.
The warrant was executed at approximately 5:30am on Thursday, November 14, 2024, and led to the discovery of suspected narcotics as well as additional items consistent with distribution and use of illicit substances.
