MADISON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The grandparents of Boone County 14-year-old Kyneddi Miller have been arrested.
Kyneddi’s mother, Julie Anne Stone Miller, was arrested on April 17th in connection to her death.
Kyneddi was found dead in a bathroom after she was found “emaciated to a skeletal state.”
On Monday morning, Julie’s parents were arrested in connection to Miller’s death.
Jerry Carter Stone and Donna Sue Stone have both been arrested and charged with Child Neglect Resulting in Death.
According to a criminal complaint, Kyneddi had been allowed outside probably only two times in four years.
The complaint also stated that she had an eating disorder for several years and had not eaten for months.
Her health was deteriorating for months or years and her physical appearance was “shocking with an obvious emaciated, skeletal state,” according to the complaint.
