GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Greenbrier County Schools Superintendent Jeffrey Bryant has retired, and Greenbrier West High School (GWHS) Principal Adam Young has resigned.
According to a Greenbrier County Board of Education Special Meeting agenda, on Wednesday, March 20, the board met to approve the retirement of the superintendent and resignation of the head principal at GWHS.
The Special Meeting was held at 1 PM yesterday at the Kyle & Ann Fort Arts & Science Building (NRCTC) in Lewisburg.
According to the agenda, Greenbrier County Schools Superintendent Jeffrey Bryant submitted his request for retirement effective at the end of the day on Friday, March 29, 2024.
GWHS Principal Adam Young has submitted his resignation effective at the end of the day on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
