The Cafe lease is $1500 per month. It includes a full kitchen & bar, a 5-tap draft system, etc.
It also includes a beautiful outdoor setting and a stage for live entertainment.
The Country Store lease is $1000 per month and includes a Hershey ice cream freezer for 12 flavors.
The buildings can be leased together or separately.
