PIPESTEM, WV (LOOTPRESS) – It has been announced that beloved West Virginia vocalist and adult education advocate, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. will be making an appearance at Pipestem Resort State Park as part of his annual “Home for the Holidays” tour.
Presented by the West Virginia Adult Education program, the performance is scheduled to take place at 7:30pm on December 14, 2024, and will feature Special Guest Mor Ilderton of The Voice’s 26th Season.
Each year, the America’s Got Talent winner brings his traditional pop vocal stylings to venues around the state and beyond in celebration of the most wonderful time of year – the Christmas season.
This year’s run of shows will see the vocalist make his way to Tennessee for a pair of shows early next month before returning to the Mountain State for performances in St. Albans, Clarksburg, Huntington, and Pipestem. From there, Murphy will head to North Carolina before returning to West Virginia to perform with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra for a pair of late-December dates.
Murphy will bring his “Home for the Holidays” tour to South Carolina on December 21 before bringing the tour to its conclusion just in time for Christmas, with a December 23 performance at the historic Fayette Theatre in Fayette County.
Tickets for all upcoming shows featured as part of the “Home for the Holidays” tour are currently available for purchase at the Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. website, where additional details with regard to upcoming events and performances can also be found.
For years Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. has helped to brighten the holidays of children across the state of West Virginia through Landau’s Kids Joy Toy Drive. The program allows contributors to select a gift priced $20 or less for a child between the ages of 2 and 17. These gifts may be purchased on Amazon for delivery to Landau’s team or at a local store and presented at an event.
These gifts are then personally wrapped, labeled, and delivered by Landau and program co-founder, Peyton Konchesky. Additional information on how to donate and get involved can be found at the Landau’s Kids Joy Toy Drive Amazon registry website.
