LOGAN COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A repeat DUI offender is arrested while driving revoked.
According to Logan County Deputies, early this morning, Deputy Ziegler observed a green Ford Ranger traveling on WV Route 44 in the area of Omar Grade School with a defective exhaust. Â Deputy Ziegler initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, and the driver, Billy Varney, advised his license was revoked.
Logan County 911 advised Mr. Varney’s license was revoked for three active  DUI’s.  Mr. Varney was also found to be in possession of suboxone.
He is being held in Southwestern Regional Jail.
