MAN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man was arrested Friday for several traffic violations relating to the illegal operation of an ATV.
Reports from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office indicate that, on Friday, September 23, 2022, Deputy C.L. Carter and Deputy H.S. Workman were patrolling the South Man area of Logan County.
During this time, officers observed a four wheeler being driven by an individual committing a number of traffic violations, including operating an ATV on a roadway with a centerline.
An attempt to flee was made by the driver, later identified to be Jeremy Evans, before the subject was detained and arrested.
Jeremy Evans faces charges of fleeing, operating a vehicle without a proper license to do so, possession of a controlled substance, and operating an ATV on a public roadway with a centerline.
