BOONE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On Tuesday, March 18, 2022, at approximately 2:10 am, in the Boone County community of Uneeda, West Virginia, the accused, Timothy Lang Westfall, and the victim, Anthony Lee Hizer, became involved in an altercation.
During the altercation, Timothy Westfall, age 33, of Saint Albans, WV, shot Anthony Hizer, age 36, of Madison, WV, causing his death.
Timothy Westfall was arrested.
This investigation is being conducted by the Madison Detachment of the West Virginia State Police.
