CHAPMANVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is in jail after he was screaming and cussing at people inside Speedway in Logan County.
On April 16, 2024, Chapmanville Police were dispatched to a disturbance at Speedway of a man screaming and cussing at people inside. The suspect, Ernest Robert Ulbrich Jr., left on foot and walked toward the Chapmanville Inn. Police made contact with Ulbrich, who appeared to be highly intoxicated on a controlled substance.
Police say Ulbrich was still screaming and cussing when they were trying to talk to him.
Ulbrich was charged with public intoxication. He is in SWRJ under a 2,500 dollar bond.
