WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Mingo County man faces an array of charges following a domestic incident.
According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office, on Friday, March 15, 2024, James Blackburn was arrested by Corporal Thomas and Deputy Sipple, along with parole officers, on multiple domestic-related charges.
Charges issued following the arrest include those of Domestic Assault, Second Offense Domestic Battery, Strangulation, and twenty counts of Violation of a Protective Order.
