MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man is in jail after a drive-by shooting.
According to deputies in McDowell County, Cody Hager, 28, was arrested Sunday. Â Hager is allegedly responsible for a drive-by shooting that occurred on Friday, April 1, 2022.
Hager is charged with attempted murder, four counts of wanton endangerment, prohibited person with a firearm, and malicious wounding.
He is currently in Southwest Regional Jail.
