WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested for drug possession by the U.S. 119 Drug Task Force and Mingo County Sheriff’s Department.
According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department, 23-year-old Micheal Anthony Timmons was arrested in Williamson on August 10 after officers discovered he was in possession of heroin, meth, and fentanyl.
Officers charged Timmons with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver meth and possession with intent to deliver fentanyl.
Timmons currently remains at Southwestern Regional Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
