DANVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Madison motorist was arrested late last month after Deputies responded to a vehicle stopped in the middle of a traffic lane.
According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Department, on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, Deputies with the department responded to the Danville area with regard to an individual stopped in the middle of a traffic lane.
Deputies conducted an investigation into the incident upon arrival on the scene and, as a result, facilitated the arrest of Colt Duncan – 28 years old of Madison.
The subject faces charges of DUI as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance.
