MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A McDowell County man is charged with sexually abusing a minor.
According to the McDowell County Sheriff’s Department, the child’s mother filed a complaint after it was discovered that Ricky Muncy had sexually abused her child on several occasions.
The alleged sexual abuse occurred while at a family member’s house. The victim asked Muncy to stop.
Later, Muncy was arrested and charged with sexual abuse by a guardian, incest, and first-degree sexual abuse. He is being held in Southwestern Regional Jail under a 75,000 dollar, cash-only bond.
