WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Mingo County man was taken into custody this week and faces charges of domestic assault.
According to Mingo County Magistrate Court documentation, the arrest was made on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, by members of the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department with Eddie Earl Davis – born 10/14/85 – of Howard Hollow having been charged.
Specifics with regard to the nature of the incident which led to the charges were not detailed in the criminal complaint pertaining to the case. Though it could be considered worth noting that the arrest is the latest of several involving Davis over the past several years.
On August 13, 2020, Davis was taken into custody on charges pertaining to sexual assault and pornography involving juvenile minors. The Mingo County man would be arrested again less than six months later on charges of home confinement violation.
