NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man faces attempted murder charges after shooting a man in the forehead.
According to Nicholas County Deputies, on May 18, 2021, Ricky Kincaid pointed a loaded firearm at two people during an altercation. Â Kincaid threatened to kill one of the victims, and then he shot him in the forehead. Â The victim was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital due to his injuries.
Kincaid is charged with attempted murder, two counts of wanton endangerment, and malicious wounding.
