BARBOUR COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Police have announced that there was no emergency at a West Virginia middle school on Wednesday.
According to the Barbour County Sheriff’s Department (BCSO), Philippi Middle School was placed on hold twice yesterday.
Police say the two holds were to allow deputies to conduct an investigation.
There was no emergency during the holds, according to police.
The BCSO thanked the students and staff for their patience and cooperation on Wednesday.
