WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – Along with power, Optimum is reporting thousands of internet and phone outages in West Virginia.
According to Optimum, they are aware of the outages and are currently assessing the conditions.
Approximately 5,000 Optimum customers are without service in Raleigh County alone.
Several thousand more outages have been reported in the Kanawha Valley and Eastern Kentucky where ice also played a major role overnight.
Restoration times are currently unknown at this time.
