Greater Beckley Christian 76, Lewis County 74
Bridgeport – Greater Beckley Christian took a 42-33 halftime lead into the locker room and held off Class AAA Lewis County for a 76-74 win at the Bridgeport Tournament Friday night.
Javonte Spencer led the Crusaders with 21 points, followed closely by Keegan Davidson with 20 points including nine in the final quarter of play.
Kellen Heffernan added 10 points for the Crusaders, while Kash Hendrix scored nine.
Ben Putnam led all scorers with 31 points for the Minutemen. Jesse Kemper added 16, Zander Cralton had 12 and Maddox Gillespie scored 11.
Greater Beckley plays Bridgeport in the championship game Saturday night.

Princeton – Kyler Carpenter scored 21 points and M.J. Patton had 20 to lead Summit Christian Academy (7-1) past PikeView, 63-46 Friday night.
Carpenter had five rebounds and two blocks, while Patton had six rebounds, five assists and two blocks. Chance Watkins had seven points, six rebounds and five assists. Eli Patton added six points and had seven rebounds.
Ryan Robinette and Elijah Hall paced the Panthers with 10 points each.
