GHENT, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Commission has announced a public hearing to discuss a rezoning proposal for 26.26 acres in Ghent for a GoMart truck stop.
The proposal seeks to rezone the property from R1 (residential) to B1 (business).
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. It will be held at the Ghent Volunteer Fire Department.
Residents and interested parties are encouraged to attend and share their opinions on the proposed rezoning.
