BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Raleigh County woman was arrested and charged for a third time for prostitution.
According to Beckley Police, on March 13, 2024, Heather Nicole Marshall of Mabscott was walking along S. Oakwood Ave. in Beckley. An undercover agent asked Marshall if she would like a ride, which she agreed to. During the conversation, Marshall verbally admitted to being a prostitute. Marshall offered oral sexual acts for 30 dollars and 60 dollars for sex.
Marshall was taken into custody and charged with a third offense of soliciting prostitution, which is a felony. She is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 5,000 dollar bond.
This was the second arrest made during a prostitution sting.
