BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Raleigh County woman was named as part of a list of indictments recently issued by a Raleigh County Grand Jury for a 2022 DUI incident.
According to official documents, Stephanie Marie Bonds – born April 9, 1990 – had been indicted on two counts of Driving Impaired Causing Serious Bodily Injury, as well as a single count of Driving Impaired Causing Death.
Authorities facilitated the initial arrest with regard to the incident on November 2, 2022, and a trial date has been set at 9:00am on April 10, 2024, before Raleigh County Circuit Court Judge, Robert A. Burnside.
