CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) — Salango Law Light the Night is excited to announce the return of Sensory-Friendly Nights, designed to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities.
“Sensory-Friendly Nights were incredibly popular last year, providing children and families with a festive yet soothing environment to enjoy the holiday magic,” said Ben Salango, founder of Salango Law and Kanawha County Commissioner, “We’re thrilled to make these special nights a reality again to help ensure everyone feels included and can celebrate in a way that’s comfortable for them.”
Sensory-Friendly Nights are scheduled for December 3, December 10 and December 17. Features include dimmed lights and lowered music to create a calm atmosphere, an onsite sensory room for attendees needing a break from the excitement, complimentary sensory bags at arrival, including headphones, a fidget spinner and other helpful tools for managing sensory overload.
This year’s Salango Law Light the Night event features an array of new attractions, including the Round Up amusement park ride, ice bumper cars, a wider selection of inflatables and a classic carousel. These additions join returning favorites such as the holiday train, ice skating, the iconic Ferris wheel and pictures with Santa.
All Sensory-Friendly Nights will take place on Tuesdays in December, with Salango Law Light the Night operating from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on these special evenings. Attendees are encouraged to buy tickets in advance and know before you go to make the most of their experience.
