SANDSTONE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – After years of serving the Sandstone community, the Sandstone General Store and Eatery on River Road will close its storefront on January 31, 2025.
In a Facebook post, the owners announced the decision after careful thought, offering thanks to customers for their support throughout the business’s journey.
Although the storefront is closing, the business will continue to operate in new ways.
Delivery lunches, catering services, and individual and family meal preparations will still be offered from a new location, with details to be announced soon.
The owners encourage the community to stay tuned for updates on their next steps as they set their sights on new goals.
