DANESE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Danese Volunteer Fire Department is spreading holiday cheer with their annual “Santa is Coming to Town” event, set to bring Santa Claus to neighborhoods across the area from December 16 to December 20.
Starting at approximately 6 p.m. each evening, Santa will travel along various routes to greet families and spread festive joy.
Schedule of Santa’s Visits:
Monday, December 16: From the Danese intersection to the top of Pittame, including all side roads.
Tuesday, December 17: From the Danese intersection to Clifftop Loop, covering all side roads.
Wednesday, December 18: From the Danese intersection to the Danese PSD, with stops along all side roads.
Thursday, December 19: From the Danese PSD to the top of Layland Mountain, including all side roads.
Friday, December 20: From the top of Layland Mountain to Prince, visiting all side roads.
In case of inclement weather, a make-up day is scheduled for Saturday, December 21.
The fire department asks residents to be patient while waiting for Santa’s arrival, as he has a long list of stops each night.
Families choosing to wait indoors are encouraged to turn on their porch lights to help Santa know where to stop.
