(LOOTPRESS) – Starbucks is kicking off the holiday season with the launch of its highly anticipated 2024 holiday menu, featuring a mix of new beverages, classic favorites, and seasonal treats, all served in this year’s festive holiday cups. The menu officially arrives at Starbucks locations across the U.S. today.
Returning Holiday Classics
The holiday season wouldn’t be complete without some fan-favorite drinks, and Starbucks is bringing back several beloved classics:
•Peppermint Mocha – A staple for more than two decades, combining espresso with steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint syrup, finished with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.
•Caramel Brulée Latte – A rich, creamy latte topped with caramel brulée topping for a touch of holiday decadence.
•Chestnut Praline Latte – A nutty, spiced latte with praline crumbs, perfect for cold winter days.
•Holiday Cold Foams – Festive cold foam toppings, including options like Peppermint Chocolate Cream, Sugar Cookie Cream, and Chestnut Praline Cream, add a seasonal twist to iced coffees and cold brews.
New Holiday Beverages for 2024
This year, Starbucks introduces a new line of holiday Refreshers, designed to bring a taste of festive warmth to every sip. The new Refreshers are infused with sweet orange, warm spices, and cranberry notes, creating a holiday twist on Starbucks’ popular fruit-forward drinks. The three new options include:
•Cran-Merry Orange Refresher
•Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher
•Cran-Merry Drink with Coconut Milk – A creamy, non-dairy version of the holiday Refresher.
Other menu highlights include the Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte, with sugar cookie-flavored syrup, almond milk, ice, and red and green sprinkles, and the Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai, a mix of chai spices, oat milk, and non-dairy gingerbread-flavored cold foam.
Starbucks Holiday Cup Designs: “Merrier Together”
In addition to its holiday drinks, Starbucks unveiled four new holiday hot cup designs and one cold cup design, titled “Merrier Together.” Inspired by moments of joy and warmth, the designs include festive themes like coffee trees, roasting beans, and glowing holiday lights. Starbucks’ Creative Director Kristy Cameron shared that the new designs aim to “share the warmth of our coffeehouse and the anticipation of the red cups arriving with our customers and partners.”
As Starbucks continues its tradition of welcoming the holiday season with seasonal drinks, treats, and decor, fans are sure to find something to brighten their days. The 2024 holiday menu will be available through the winter season at participating stores.
