BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The LOOTPRESS Week 5 Pet of the Week is…Bentley!!
Bentley is an Ohio-born F1 Goldendoodle who has been with his current family since he was just a pup of six weeks.
In his 8 years of life, Bentley has adopted an approach to things not dissimilar to that of his human companions, opting to sit in chairs and lie in beds rather than getting comfortable on the floor.
At 105lbs, he may initially seem imposing to some, but this pup is a big softy who takes joy in comforting folks during tough times. His preferred method of achieving this end is to sprawl across his humans’ laps and nuzzle their hands.
Bentley is hand-command trained, and enjoys socializing and getting to know any furry friends who happen to be in the community.
“The 8 years he has been in our family have brought great joy to each of our lives,” says Sharon, one of Bentley’s human companions.
Additionally, this Goldendoodle enjoys camping, the beach, rides on the golf cart, and of course, eating.
We would like to thank everyone who made submissions this week, and are excited to congratulate Bentley, the LOOTPRESS Week 5 Pet of the Week, in association with the Humane Society of Raleigh County!
The Humane Society of Raleigh County will be hosting a Painting Workshop Fundraiser the evening of Friday, September 30, 2022 at 6:00pm. Find out how to reserve your spot here!
