The Concho Overlook, which is located just a few minutes from Ace Adventure Resort’s main entrance is easily accessible for all those who wish to take in the view as one can drive directly to the overlook.
There is also a hiking trail from the main parking lot that leads up to the overlook.
Ace Adventure Resort owns and maintains the spacious viewing deck at Concho and even allows individuals or organizations to rent out the overlook for a private event such as a wedding or party.
The overlook also provides one of the most unique views of the old booming railroad town of Thurmond and the structures that remain.
