MILTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two people are in jail after a three-month-old baby was found unresponsive and later died.
The Milton Police Department issued arrest warrants for Cody Dale Wilson of Milton and Trisha L Grigson of Barboursville on charges of Child Abuse resulting in Death. The warrants were issued after three-month-old Evander Meadows was found unresponsive at a Milton home on May 23rd and passed away from his injuries the following day in the hospital.
Both Cody Wilson and Trisha Grigson have surrendered to officers at the Milton Police Department. They have been processed and will be held at the Western Regional Jail.
