ORIGINAL STORY: Two people have died following a head-on collision in Summers County.
According to Summers County Sheriff Justin Faris, a head-on collision occurred on Route 20 in Summers County near Pipestem State Park.
The crash involved two vehicles with single passengers who both succumbed to their injuries.
Law enforcement has not released the names of the deceased at this time.
The Summers County Sheriff’s Department is leading the investigation with the West Virginia State Police assisting in accident reconstruction.
