PIPESTEM, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The West Virginia Gladiators will hold basketball tryouts this Saturday, Jan. 4, at Pipestem Christian Academy.
The schedule for tryouts is as follows:
- 3rd/4th Grade Girls: 3 p.m.
- 3rd Grade Boys: 4 p.m.
- 4th/5th Grade Boys: 5 p.m.
- 5th Grade Girls: 6 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate shoes, a water bottle, and their best effort.
Organizers noted that 4th and 5th-grade boys will have separate teams, with the option for 4th graders to play up with the 5th-grade team.
“We’re looking for the best of the best in and around Mercer County and surrounding areas. If you’ve got what it takes, lace em out and come out. This is a highly competitive travel team with an excellent core group of players and coaches, ready to expand your game above what you imagined possible.
