CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The West Virginia Small Business Development Center (WV SBDC) has announced Will Miller as its new interim State Director. Miller, who previously served as the organization’s Deputy Director and a business coach in the Charleston office, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role.
During his time as a business coach, Miller earned certification as a business advisor through Kent State University, demonstrating his dedication to supporting small businesses. A native of Sissonville, Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from West Virginia University.
“I am very excited and honored to be able to lead such a great team,” Miller said. “The WV SBDC has been incredibly impactful in assisting small businesses in the Mountain State for years, and we are poised to grow that impact well into the future.”

Miller recently completed the AI for SBDC Advisors certification program, offered by America’s SBDC. This prestigious program equips advisors with knowledge and skills to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools, positioning Miller to better assist West Virginia’s small businesses in navigating the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
