WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – The Wing 2 Wing Foundation, a philanthropic organization in West Virginia, has made a generous donation of $175,000 to provide classroom supplies through the education equity nonprofit DonorsChoose.
This significant contribution is set to have a positive impact on over 103 local schools statewide, providing vital educational resources. Founded by Alys and Brad D. Smith, the Wing 2 Wing Foundation is dedicated to promoting human dignity and potential in West Virginia.
Alys and Brad D. Smith, the co-founders of Wing 2 Wing Foundation, emphasized the importance of quality education and the right tools for teachers. They expressed their commitment to creating opportunities for success in West Virginia communities. The foundation has already fully funded 225 DonorsChoose projects, supporting various initiatives such as providing school supplies, establishing new arts and music programs, and enhancing STEM learning.
