LOGAN COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Logan County Sheriff’s Office was called out to a situation involving a violent woman armed with a knife.
Upon reaching the location, the officer on duty immediately engaged with Chelsea McGraw, who would later be identified as the suspect, issuing her several loud and clear directives to rise from her seated position.
Despite these commands, McGraw eventually stood up but was instructed to put her hands behind her back. McGraw disregarded these commands once more, leading to her hands being forcibly restrained to secure her in handcuffs.
When the officer arrived, it was reported that three employees had been involved in a physical fight with McGraw, successfully stopping her from wielding the knife against anyone. They also mentioned that McGraw continued to act aggressively towards the staff for a prolonged period, attempting to resist their efforts to restrain her.
During this confrontation, McGraw hit one of the employees in the chest with a punch and tore off another employee’s shirt. McGraw persisted in her aggressive behavior towards the staff, using her hands to resist their attempts to control her.
She is currently in jail.
