WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman is facing charges after allegedly yelling at customers begging for cigarettes.
According to Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a gas station about a woman who was banned from the property and was yelling at customers begging for cigarettes. Deputies say the suspect, Kerry Browning, was under the influence, slinging her arms around, and couldn’t stay still.
Browning was issued a citation, but she continued to yell for help and cause a scene. Deputies arrested Browning and charged her with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
She is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 200 dollar bond.
