WOOD COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Woman sprays a man with pepper spray in self-defense.
On this date, an officer responded to a call on Nash St. in Parkersburg, Wood County, WV, regarding a male individual who was reportedly inside the residence with a Taser against his will. The victim used pepper spray on the male. When the officers arrived, they entered the home and detected the scent of pepper spray.
The officer found the male inside a bedroom. The victim reported that he emerged from the bathroom with a stun gun and pursued her out of the house, prompting her to spray him in self-defense.
The victim clarified that she and the male had been in a relationship since around September 2023. The male was arrested for domestic assault.
